Convert millimeters to pixels for Figma print design. Enter your dimensions in mm and choose a DPI value to get the exact pixel size for your Figma frames.
Formula: pixels = (mm ÷ 25.4) × DPI
Width
2480 px
Height
3508 px
Frame Size in Figma
2480 × 3508 px
Figma works in pixels, but print design is measured in millimeters (or inches). To create a print-ready design in Figma, you need to convert your document dimensions from mm to pixels at the correct DPI.
pixels = (millimeters ÷ 25.4) × DPIThere are 25.4 millimeters in one inch. So to convert mm to pixels, first divide by 25.4 to get inches, then multiply by your target DPI (dots per inch).
Quick reference for standard print sizes at 300 DPI and 150 DPI
| Format | Size (mm) | Pixels (300 DPI) | Pixels (150 DPI) |
|---|---|---|---|
| A6 | 105 × 148 | 1240 × 1748 | 620 × 874 |
| A5 | 148 × 210 | 1748 × 2480 | 874 × 1240 |
| A4 | 210 × 297 | 2480 × 3508 | 1240 × 1754 |
| A3 | 297 × 420 | 3508 × 4961 | 1754 × 2480 |
| A2 | 420 × 594 | 4961 × 7016 | 2480 × 3508 |
| A1 | 594 × 841 | 7016 × 9933 | 3508 × 4967 |
| Business Card | 85 × 55 | 1004 × 650 | 502 × 325 |
| DL Envelope | 220 × 110 | 2598 × 1299 | 1299 × 650 |
At 300 DPI, 1 millimeter equals approximately 11.81 pixels. The exact formula is (1 ÷ 25.4) × 300 = 11.811.
At 300 DPI, 3mm bleed equals approximately 35 pixels per side. Use our bleed calculator to calculate the total document size including bleed for any print format.
An A4 page (210 × 297 mm) at 300 DPI is 2480 × 3508 pixels. Create a frame in Figma with these dimensions, then use Printery to add bleed and crop marks when exporting.
Figma is primarily a screen design tool that works in pixels. For print design, you need to convert your physical dimensions (mm or inches) to pixels at the correct DPI. Printery handles this conversion automatically during export.
Use these pixel values for your Figma frames, then export print-ready PDFs with Printery.
